Jurors from across the country have deliberated on over 70 entries from 9 Alberta publishers, and have selected 24 finalists across 10 categories. The award recipients will be announced during the Alberta Book Publishing Awards Gala on Friday, September 18, 2015 at Fort Edmonton Park, along with the recipients of the Publisher of the Year award, and the Lois Hole Award for Editorial Excellence.

The award recipients will be announced during the Alberta Book Publishing Awards Gala on Friday, September 18, 2015 at Fort Edmonton Park, along with the recipients of the Publisher of the Year award, and the Lois Hole Award for Editorial Excellence.

The Alberta Book Publishing Awards are presented by the Book Publishers Association of Alberta. This year, the awards will be hosted by Ken Davis, the Citadel Theatre’s Director of Marketing and Communications, and will include a special keynote speech.
