linda-garsonLinda Garson has always been a foodie with a passion for wine. She has worked with Chateaux in France, vineyards in Italy, Germany, Australia and South Africa and many more. After moving to Calgary, she created Vine and Dine, a wine and food pairing club held in restaurants all over the city. She has earned a reputation as one of Calgary’s prime wine and food experts, educators and influencers, speaking at functions all over the city. She is also the Canadian National Wine Examiner. dan clapsonOriginally from Saskatoon, Dan Clapson is Culinaire’s contributing food editor. Dan moved to Calgary in 2006 with nothing but a parrot on his shoulder (and a full U-Haul) and currently writes for many media sources, including Food Network Canada, Avenue, FFWD Weekly and Flavours. tom firthTom Firth is Culinaire’s contributing drinks editor, a freelance wine writer, wine consultant, and wine judge based in Calgary, Alberta. His love for wine and the beverage industry stretches back to the mid-90’s and his work frequently appeared in Wine Access Magazine and still appears in City Palate, Avenue, and Culinaire Magazine along with his online content.
